I have given up the "permanently hair free" project for financial reasons, and therefore i have returned to waxing and shaving [Waxing] does however require a certain hair lengh, and if you don't have time to wait for that, then Gillette razors are still the best. Combine that with the shaving cream ShaveSafe which contains chlorhexidine, and you will have extremely smooth legs with fewer ingrown hairs as a result.
