When you have approved your order on this is a binding agreement with reference to our terms of conditions of sale. Before you approve your order, you have the option to regret as well as changing your personal information. Before pressing the ‘approve’ button, we recommend that you check that all information is correct.

Once you have pressed ‘approve purchase’, your order is binding. At you can only order goods via our website. If you have queries concerning goods which are not shown on the site, you are welcome to contact us. All prices are inclusive VAT and other charges. All prices are current prices. When you trade with, agreements are entered into in the following languages:

It is not possible to view previous orders on the website, but you can view them if you log in to your profile.


You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your item. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item. When purchasing a ShaveSafe shaving foam, the original packaging is always a significant part of the value of the product. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage to return the item yourself. The item cannot be sent to a parcel box or cash on delivery. The item must be sent with delivery received to the warehouse, so unfortunately you cannot use dao, as there is a chance that the package will be lost or stolen.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office or by handing it in person at the above address. If you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will of course be refunded to you by transfer to your bank account once we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for the right of withdrawal. It is therefore important that we receive your registration number and account number. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if adequate information follows the package - Attach a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
As the shipping companies charge for returning packages, this amount and the original freight will be deducted from the purchase price before refunding the purchase.

    There will be a charge when using credit cards. The charge is shown in parentheses. The amount will only leave your account when we have dispatched your goods. The amount you have approved is the amount which is taken from your account – it can never be more than the approved amount. You pay the freight charges.

    All orders placed with Shabenaa ApS are sent as A-mail through Post Danmark. When buying a single bottle of ShaveSafe, freight costs are DKK 35 in shipping. When buying several bottles of ShaveSafe, freight costs of only DKK 35 remain.

    Delivery is done with Dao or GLS. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. ShaveSafe delivers both to Denmark and internationally.


    When you trade with, you automatically have 24 months’ right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, get your money back or have a reduction in price, depending on the specific circumstance. This is conditional on the complaint being legitimate, of course, and that the defect has not arisen as a consequence of using the product wrongly or other damaging behaviour. The complaint must be lodged within reasonable time (which is two months) after you have detected the defect.

    When you return the goods, we ask you to enclose a description of the defect. Note: We do not accept parcels which have been sent cash on delivery! The goods should always be returned in a safe packaging, and remember to get a receipt as proof of posting so we can return your freight costs. 

    Terms of subscription services

    Shopping with ShaveSafe subscription

    You can use our subscription service by choosing a product on the website and subsequently choose whether the product should be sent by subscription service in the future.  

    All prices on the website are inc. VAT, potential taxes, duties, etc.

    Cancellation or change of subscription

    You can make changes by logging into our website. Here, you can cancel the products you have ordered through subscription until two days before delivery.

    Deadline for changes depends on your delivery day:

    The delivery day depends on which day you created your subscription and how often you want to have the products forwarded.

    Ending your subscription

    You end your subscription by logging into our website. You can end your subscription at all times, and you are therefore not committed to a fixed-term period. Subsequently, you will receive confirmation of your cancellation on email.


    You can only pay the subscription with your credit card or credit card. The money will be deducted from your card on the same day that your order is shipped, this is done through the recognised and secure and SSL encrypted payment solution, Quickpay.

    When you have subscribed and accepted our payment terms, the payment will be withdrawn automatically.

    Shabenaa only withdraws the money from the card when the products are dispatched to you.

    If your credit card expires or if you receive a new one, it is important that you log into and correct your payee information.

    We reserve our position on increases in prices, currency movements, force majeure, tax changes, subject to availability, misprints and errors on Shabenaa does not accept any responsibility in response to buyer’s legal matters regarding a third party.
