The accountable for the personal data we process is Shabenaa ApS, which can be contacted by email on mail@shavesafe.dk. Shavesafe.dk can be contacted for all questions you might have regarding the processing of your personal data.
The purpose and basis for processing all your personal data is to improve our service and – if you choose to order products from the website – to meet our contract with you cf. GDPR article 6 no. 1 b). Furthermore, we are ordered to store a lot of information in connection with accounting, tax management and potential guarantee and refund handling, article 6 no. 1 c). As described below, we also process information based on your consent cf. article 6, no. 1 a).
What is personal data?
The concept personal data covers all information that can be used to identify a person. It could for instance be the person in concern’s first and last name, age, gender, address, email address and other contact information.
When do we collect your personal data?
If you want to buy and receive products or services from Shabenaa, we need to collect certain personal data to complete the trade, invoice your purchase and in general offer you our services.
It is optional whether you want to share your personal data with us. If you choose not to give us your data that is necessary to be able to offer a product or a service, it is possible that you will not be able to receive the product or service in question.
Shabenaa collects and processes your personal data when you carry out the following:

In principle, you can visit our website without registering. It this case, data as IP address, visited pages, name of downloaded files, date and time, the used service provider’s domain name etc. will be saved on the server for statistical purposes. But they are not immediately tied to your person.

We collect ordinary contact information as first and last name, email address, postal address, delivery address, phone number and other similar contact data to be able to deliver the product or services, you have bought from us. We collect your email address to be able to send you an order confirmation and information about the products you have bought.
When you pay for your product, we collect your card details, name and IP address. The information that is collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and saved for payments settlement and compliance with the existing agreement. Card details are stored with our collaborator that handles our credit card payments and therefore not directly with us.
We use your contact information to offer you an efficient customer service and support. If you, for instance, have questions for us, we use your contact information to identify your customer account with us.
We use the collected data to communicate with you. We can e.g. contact you by telephone, email or other ways to discuss the state of your products, inform you that a subscription is ending, ask you to perform an action to keep your account open, or the like. As part of our legitimate interest, we can use your email to send information about new products, services or other updates, which we believe are relevant to you in relation to the products you already have with us.
If you during a buying process or on our website have given us your consent for this purpose, we use your email address for the dispatching of a newsletter. You can at all times subscribe and unsubscribe the newsletter. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscription. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at all times.
We have a legitimate interest in being able to further develop and improve the products and services we offer. Therefore, we use personal data in the setting up and for maintenance of our products and services, and we can use personal data for fault detection and administrative purposes. Your IP address is used for traceability, fault detection and is used for statistics with the purpose of further developing and improving Shabenaa’s website.

Google Analytics
We employ Google Analytics on our website. To further develop and improve Shabenaa’s website, we keep statistics of how the users utilise the site. The statistics is used exclusively in summaries, for instance to examine which sites and browsers our customers employ the most. This information provides a greater insight into the customers’ user patterns and is used to improve the sites, which prove difficult to navigate. The information is also used to optimise design and usability.
Facebook pixels
If you have entered our website through a Facebook add, a cookie will be registered on your computer. This cookie will expire after 28 days and is not used for person identification. If a user visits certain pages on our site before the cookie has expired, we and Facebook can see that the user has clicked on the add and has been directed to this site.
Payment
Shabenaa uses payment and cashing operators when you use credit card to pay for your service. We employ Quickpay.
We can transfer personal data if we receive a binding request of this from a pertinent authority, a judicature or it is implied by legislation. We will protect your data by always having authorities and judiciaries document that they have the necessary legal basis to receive information.
Your rights
As the registered person you have a series of rights, which fulfilment we must ensure at all times. You have the right to request the following of us:

Furthermore, you have the right to protest at the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to file a complaint to a data protection authority.
